A Long History of Serving Pleasanton and Beyond
Helping Pleasanton businesses, startups, and nonprofits build professional websites that attract customers and support long-term growth.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide variety of businesses, professionals, and organizations throughout Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley area.
Although I recently relocated to Rio Vista, I still have property in Pleasanton which remains an important part of my professional history.
From trades and construction companies to law firms, medical practices, financial professionals, musicians, real estate professionals, and technology companies, I've helped local organizations strengthen their brands and establish a professional online presence.
One of my most recognized projects was developing branding and design work for the Pleasanton Police Department. This experience, along with dozens of successful projects throughout the region, has allowed me to build strong relationships within the Pleasanton business community and gain a deep understanding of the local market.

“We work with local businesses as often as we can so we were happy to find Kelli in Pleasanton! Kelli established a timeline for completing our site and worked quickly, delivering on time as promised. Her pricing is reasonable and I like that she makes herself available for further training. Thank you Kelli!”

A general business site will run about $1500 to $5000. Website pricing depends on the size of the site, the amount of content, the features needed, and whether you are starting from scratch or redesigning an existing website. I offer competitive pricing for small businesses, startups, and nonprofits, and I always try to recommend a solution that fits your goals and budget without unnecessary extras.
The best way to get an accurate estimate is to schedule a quick consultation so I can learn more about your business, your current website, and what you need your new site to accomplish.

Many Squarespace websites can be designed and launched in as little as one to two weeks, depending on the size of the project and how prepared the content is. If you already have your logo, photos, written content, and page list ready, the process can move very quickly. I’ve actually designed and launched a few sites with 3 days!
Larger websites, rebrands, e-commerce sites, or projects requiring extensive content development may take longer, but I always provide a realistic timeline before we begin.

Yes. I work with clients throughout California and beyond using phone calls, email, Zoom, shared documents, and online project communication. Most website projects can be completed successfully without meeting in person.
That said, I also enjoy working with local businesses in Pleasanton, The Tr-Valley, Rio Vista, Fairfield, Lodi, Stockton, and the surrounding areas when an in-person meeting makes sense.
-
es. One of the main reasons I build websites on Squarespace is because it is easy for clients to update and maintain after launch. You can edit text, update photos, add blog posts, change services, and make many common updates without needing to know code.
I can also provide basic training so you feel comfortable managing your website. And if you prefer not to make updates yourself, I am available for ongoing website support.

Yes. Although I recently relocated to Rio Vista, Pleasanton remains an important part of my professional history and client base. I lived and worked in the Pleasanton area for many years and have completed numerous projects for Pleasanton and Tri-Valley businesses, including branding work for the Pleasanton Police Department.
I continue to serve Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, and surrounding communities remotely and by appointment when needed.

I work with small businesses, startups, nonprofits, professional service providers, contractors, real estate professionals, restaurants, artists, musicians, and community organizations. My goal is to create websites that are professional, easy to manage, and designed around each client’s unique brand and business goals.

Squarespace is a powerful all-in-one website platform that includes hosting, security, mobile-friendly design, SEO tools, blogging, forms, analytics, and more. It allows me to create beautiful, professional websites while giving clients a site they can manage without technical stress.
For many small businesses and nonprofits, Squarespace offers the ideal balance of design flexibility, ease of use, reliability, and long-term value. It cuts my production time tremendously which lowers the project cost., a win win for everyone!
-
Yes. If your current website looks outdated, is difficult to update, does not work well on mobile devices, or is not generating leads, a redesign can make a big difference. I can help refresh your design, improve your content, reorganize your pages, and create a more professional online presence.
If your current site is on another platform, I can also help determine whether moving to Squarespace is the right next step.
-
Yes. Every website I design includes foundational SEO best practices, including clear page structure, mobile-friendly design, SEO page titles, descriptions, image alt text, and keyword-focused content where appropriate.
For local businesses, I also help create content that supports searches such as website designer in Pleasanton, Rio Vista, Fairfield, Lodi, Stockton, and surrounding areas.

Squarespace is my specialty and the platform I recommend for most small businesses and nonprofits because it is secure, easy to update, and cost-effective. However, my background includes more than 30 years of web design experience (since 1994), over 40 years branding/logo design, in addition, UI/UX design, advertising, and digital marketing, so I look at every project from a complete business and design perspective — not just the platform.
